V Power Equipment Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy on all parts and accessories providing they are returned to us in new condition and are unused.  Returned items for any reason other than an error on our end are subject to a 20% restock fee.

Please include a copy of the invoice in the box with the part.  Refunds are generally processed within 1 week of receiving the return (shipping cost is not refundable).  Buyer is responsible for shipping cost back to us.  The return address is:
