V Power Equipment Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy on all parts and accessories providing they are returned to us in new condition and are unused.  Returned items may be subject to a 10% restock fee. Returned items with a weight of 50 pounds or higher subject to a 20% restock fee. 

Please include a copy of the invoice in the box with the part.  Refunds are generally processed within 1 week of receiving the return (shipping cost is not refundable).  Buyer is responsible for shipping cost back to us.  The return address is:
